Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using AdPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of Service
AdPilot is a tool for generating, editing, and managing Google Ads campaigns. You are responsible for the campaigns you create and any advertising spend they generate. You agree not to use AdPilot to create campaigns that violate Google Ads policies or any applicable laws.
3. Google Ads API
If you connect your Google Ads account, you authorise AdPilot to create and modify campaigns on your behalf. You retain full responsibility for all campaigns and associated spend. AdPilot is not responsible for advertising costs incurred through the use of this service.
4. AI-Generated Content
Campaign content generated by AdPilot's AI is provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing to Google Ads. AdPilot makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, or compliant with Google Ads policies.
5. Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorised access. Notify us immediately of any breach.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Billing is managed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Billing is currently in development — early users will be notified before charges begin.
7. Limitation of Liability
AdPilot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including advertising spend, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the service.
