The short version: AdPilot turns a website URL into complete Google Ads campaigns across all six campaign types, lets you edit every field, and pushes them live in one click — always paused for your approval. For Shopping it uses the Merchant Center already linked to your Google Ads account. Below, the questions we get asked most.

About AdPilot
What is AdPilot?
AdPilot is an AI tool that builds complete, launch-ready Google Ads campaigns from your website URL — ad copy, keywords, extensions, budgets and bidding. You review and edit every field, then export or push the campaigns to Google Ads.
Who is AdPilot for?
Advertisers, founders and agencies who want to launch new Google Ads campaigns quickly — not just tweak existing ones. It works for SaaS, ecommerce, local businesses and services.
How is AdPilot different from other Google Ads tools?
Most tools optimise campaigns you have already built. AdPilot builds them from scratch — from a URL to a structured, policy-checked campaign in minutes.
Do I need experience with Google Ads?
No. AdPilot handles the structure, copywriting and keyword research, and explains its reasoning. You stay in control by reviewing everything before it goes live.
Generating & editing campaigns
Which campaign types can AdPilot build?
All six Google Ads campaign types: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display, YouTube (Video) and Shopping.
How does it generate campaigns from my URL?
It scrapes your landing pages — and up to four competitor URLs — to understand your products, tone and market, then the AI builds full campaigns: themed ad groups, up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per Search ad, keyword lists with match types, extensions, audiences, budgets and a bid strategy.
Can I edit what the AI generates?
Yes — every field is editable inline: headlines, descriptions, keywords and match types, budgets, bidding, target locations and languages, ad-group structure, extensions and audiences.
How long does generation take?
A few minutes. After your site is analysed, complete campaigns stream in over roughly two to four minutes.
Is the ad copy compliant with Google Ads policies?
Yes. The copy avoids misrepresentation, fake scarcity and unverifiable superlatives, and never includes competitor trademarks. A deterministic policy check also runs before anything is pushed to Google.
Connecting & pushing to Google Ads
Do I need a Google Ads account to use AdPilot?
Not for the Standalone plan — you can generate, edit and export campaigns (CSV, copy/paste or PDF) with no account. Connect Google Ads on the Connected plan for one-click publishing.
How does AdPilot connect to Google Ads?
Through Google’s secure OAuth — you connect your account once in Settings and authorise AdPilot. No passwords are shared.
Will AdPilot spend my money or launch ads automatically?
No. Every campaign is created PAUSED in Google Ads. Nothing serves or spends until you review it and switch it on yourself.
Does pushing overwrite my existing campaigns?
No — pushing is always additive. AdPilot creates new campaigns alongside your existing ones and never edits or deletes what is already there.
What exactly gets pushed?
The full hierarchy: campaign, ad groups, ads, keywords, sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets and audiences — all in one click.
Can I export instead of pushing?
Yes. Export to a Google Ads Editor CSV (exact column headers, ready to import), structured field-by-field copy/paste, or a PDF campaign report.
Merchant Center & Shopping
How does Shopping work in AdPilot?
Shopping and product-feed campaigns use the Merchant Center account linked to your Google Ads account. AdPilot reads that link automatically, so it knows which product feed to advertise.
Do I need to connect Merchant Center separately?
No. There is no separate Merchant Center sign-in. AdPilot discovers the Merchant Center via your Google Ads account link, so connecting Google Ads once is enough.
What if no Merchant Center is linked to my account?
AdPilot tells you, and the Shopping/feed toggle stays disabled. Link your Merchant Center inside Google Ads (Tools → Linked accounts), then refresh — AdPilot will pick it up.
Do Shopping campaigns need ad copy or keywords?
No. Shopping ads are built from your product feed, not written copy. AdPilot only sets a daily budget and bid strategy for Shopping campaigns — no headlines or keywords.
Billing & safety
What plans does AdPilot offer?
Standalone ($49/mo) for AI generation, editing and export; Connected ($99/mo) which adds one-click Google Ads push and Shopping + Merchant Center; and Enterprise (custom) for agencies. There is also a free view-only sample.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your billing settings.
Is my data and account safe?
Yes. AdPilot never posts or changes anything without your action, campaigns arrive paused, and the connection uses Google’s official OAuth — no passwords are stored.
Will AdPilot put competitor brand names in my ads?
No. Competitor data informs strategy and keywords, but competitor trademarks are never placed in your ad copy — a policy check enforces this before any push.
